Pooltime Belmont

Ordered a pair of 0-rings. Said there would be some delivery time delays because it was a small order. Got a call the next day to pick them up. Fast and great service.

Very helpful and even carried my pool salt to the car.

Fantastic effort from Leigh and Kirk to fix my 20 year old pool light. 6 visits including 2 from Kirk who refused to walk away without the light working. Very testing moments through the troubleshooting but both remained cool and patient until the problem was solved. Thanks boys, I know where to go when the next part of my pool falls apart :)

I’m so incredibly impressed with the hard work and follow up service from Pooltime, I can’t recommend them highly enough!They took a swampy, smelly, mozzie infested pool that had been left sitting for years and with seriously hard work, turned it into a crystal clear oasis just in time for summer!Massive shout out to Blake! The man behind the scrubbing brush-not a small job!But the follow up is what I’m over the moon about.. Kirk arranged to fix my blown transformer for a fraction of the new price saving me over $1000 His pricing is very reasonable and is trust worthy person to deal with. He could have easily charged me an inflated price . I have been very happy with the outcome on both occasions I have dealt with him and his staff. Pooltime in belmont has always been extremely helpful for me over the years. Kirk is always fantastic together with the other staff. I've never had any bad experience with them whatsoever. I regularly go in there and get my pool water checked and they always confirm details of my pool before checking. They have a wide variety of products available should you need any pool or spa chemicals, equipment and so forth.. They also do equipment repairs. I have only recently have my pool controller box replaced and they gave me excellent advice before choosing the right controller box and fitted it within a day and works perfectly.The store is fairly small however don't let that put you off. Prices are a little higher for products such as chemicals and equipment compared to other places but personally I don't mind paying the slightly higher price for the great service. Highly recommend pool time in Belmont

Great friendly staff with all the right answers

Kirk and Lucas were wonderful helping replace bearings and servicing a noisy 10year old pump. Attention to detail and communication were excellent. Always a pleasure whether it’s our aging equipment or just needing chemicals.Thanks very much.
